Item 8.01. Other Information.
On February 12, 2013, the Company issued a press release announcing the pricing of its initial public offering of 4,125,000 ordinary shares, of which 1,500,000 shares are being offered by the Company and 2,625,000 shares are being offered by an existing shareholder of the Company, at a price of $5.85 per share. A copy of such press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
