On August 11, 2014, Foresight Energy LP (the “Partnership”) announced by press release that the Partnership’s Hillsboro mine has resumed normal mining operations, including the operation of the longwall. A copy of the press release issued by the Partnership is filed with this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
