Transactions reflect the transfer of common units by Mr. Cline to employees and consultants of entities controlled by Mr. Cline for no cash consideration pursuant to a June 2014 arrangement between Mr. Cline and such persons providing for the transfer of such securities in the event that such persons remained as employees or consultants of such entities for a three year period.
