At the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Akari Therapeutics, Plc, a public company with limited liability incorporated under the laws of England and Wales (the “Company”), held on June 30, 2023, the Company’s shareholders approved an amendment to article 15 of the Company’s Articles of Association (as amended pursuant to such amendment, the “Amended Articles”).
