TO THE PROSPECTUS DATED APRIL 2, 2015
This document supplements, and should be read in conjunction with, our prospectus dated April 2, 2015, as supplemented by Supplement No. 1 dated April 2, 2015, Supplement No. 2 dated May 4, 2015, Supplement No. 3 dated May 19, 2015, Supplement No. 4 dated June 3, 2015, Supplement No. 5 dated July 2, 2015 and Supplement No. 6 dated August 3, 2015. Terms not otherwise defined herein have the same meanings as set forth in our prospectus. The purpose of this supplement is to disclose:

Updates to our Suitability Standards
The “Suitability Standards” section of our prospectus is hereby supplemented with the following paragraph:
Kentucky Investors. In addition to the suitability standards noted above, no Kentucky resident shall invest more than 10% of his or her liquid net worth (cash, cash equivalents and readily marketable securities) in our shares or in the shares of our affiliated non-publicly traded real estate investment trusts.
The Nebraska paragraph in the “Suitability Standards” section of our prospectus, applicable only to Nebraska investors, is hereby deleted and replaced with the following:
Nebraska Investors. In addition to the suitability standards noted above, purchasers residing in Nebraska are required to have either a minimum net worth of $350,000 or a minimum gross annual income of at least $70,000 and a minimum net worth of at least $100,000. For purchasers residing in Nebraska that are not “accredited investors” within the meaning of the Federal securities laws, the purchaser’s total investment in us and other non-publicly traded REITs may not exceed 10% of the purchaser’s net worth (exclusive of home, home furnishings and automobiles).
Form of Subscription Agreement
Our revised form of subscription agreement is attached to this supplement as Exhibit A. The revised form of subscription agreement supersedes and replaces the form included as Appendix C to the prospectus dated April 2, 2015.
Form of Additional Subscription Agreement
Our revised form of additional subscription agreement is attached to this supplement as Exhibit B. The revised form of subscription agreement supersedes and replaces the form included as Appendix D to the prospectus dated April 2, 2015.
Form of Multi-Product Subscription Agreement
Our revised form of multi-product subscription agreement is attached to this supplement as Exhibit C. The revised form of multi-product subscription agreement supersedes and replaces the forms included as Appendices E and F to the prospectus dated April 2, 2015.

Generally, you must initially invest at least $2,500 in our shares to be eligible to participate in this offering. In order to satisfy this minimum purchase requirement, unless otherwise prohibited by state law, a husband and wife may jointly contribute funds from their separate IRAs, provided that each such contribution is made in increments of $100. You should note that an investment in our shares will not, in itself, create a retirement plan and that, in order to create a retirement plan, you must comply with all applicable provisions of the Code. If you have satisfied the applicable minimum purchase requirement, any additional purchase must be in increments of $500. The investment minimum for subsequent purchases does not apply to shares purchased pursuant to our distribution reinvestment plan.

Exempt Payee Code

For interest and dividends, all listed payees are exempt except payees listed in category 7. Privacy Act Notice
Section 6109 requires you to provide your correct TIN to persons who must file information returns with the IRS to report interest, dividends, and certain other income paid to you, mortgage interest paid to you, mortgage interest you paid, the acquisition or abandonment of secured property, cancellation of debt, or contributions you made to an IRA, or Archer MSA or HSA. Penalties
