Explanation of Responses:

1. Shares of common stock sold directly by Onex Partners III LP, Onex Partners III PV LP and Onex Partners III Select LP (the "Onex Entities"). The shares of common stock were sold pursuant to the Underwriting Agreement dated March 8, 2018. This footnote also corrects footnote 1 included in the reporting person's Form 3 filed on April 28, 2017 and footnotes 1 and 2 included in the reporting person's Form 4 filed on May 3, 2017, in which the names of Onex Partners III LP and Onex Partners III PV LP were inadvertently omitted.

2. This amount represents the $18.50 public offering price per share of the issuer's common stock less the underwriting discount of $0.74 per share.

3. Represents the reporting person's pecuniary interest in shares of common stock owned of record by the Onex Entities. Does not include a contingent pecuniary interest in additional shares, based on performance.
