Explanation of Responses:

1. The total amount of shares beneficially owned includes 887 shares held in an employee stock purchase plan account.

2. The sales reported in this Form 4 were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan previously adopted by the reporting person.

3. The information in this report is based on a plan statement dated as of September 30, 2020.

4. On May 1, 2015, the reporting person was granted an option to purchase 22,500 shares of common stock, subject to time-based vesting. 11,250 of the options vested on May 1, 2019, and the remaining 11,250 options vested on May 1, 2020. After the transactions reported in this Form 4, all of the options have been exercised.

5. On May 1, 2015, the reporting person was granted an option to purchase 22,500 shares of common stock. The option vested based on the Issuer's satisfaction of certain performance criteria for each of the fiscal years ending December 31, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018. The performance criteria for 2017 were met, resulting in vesting of the option as to 5,625 shares (the "2017 Tranche Options"), subject to additional time-based vesting as follows: one-third of the 2017 Tranche Options vested on May 1, 2018, one-third of the 2017 Tranche Options vested on May 1, 2019 and one-third of the 2017 Tranche Options vested on May 1, 2020. After the transactions reported in this Form 4, 1,200 of the options remain unexercised.
