Edwards Group Limited Announces Filing and Availability of Annual Report on Form 20-F
Crawley, West Sussex, United Kingdom, April 23, 2013 — Edwards Group Limited (NASDAQ: EVAC) (“Edwards” or the “Company”) today announced that the Company has filed its 2012 Annual Report on Form 20-F (“2012 Form 20-F”), which includes the audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2012, with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission and it can be accessed at www.sec.gov. The 2012 Form 20-F has also been posted on the Company’s website and it can be accessed and downloaded electronically at www.edwardsvacuum.com.
