Explanatory Note
This Form 8-K/A amends the Segment Data & Other Financial Information table in Exhibit 99.1, Press release announcing 2020 third quarter earnings issued October 29, 2020, which was furnished with Alexander & Baldwin, Inc.'s Current Report on Form 8-K filed on October 29, 2020. The amended Segment Data & Other Financial Information Table, which corrects the Diluted Earnings (Loss) Per Share of Common Stock for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2020 and 2019, is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
