Item 5.01.Change of name

On April 21^st, 2016 Gray Fox Petroleum Corp has applied for a new cusip number with Island Stock Transfer in order to change the name currently to Grey Fox Holdings Corporation.  The name has been changed with the State of Nevada, and accepted.  Once the new cusip number is issued, the company will apply through FINRA in order to finalize the name change.  The company has NO intention in doing a reverse split with this name change.
