On January 12, 2016, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) confirmed that the market effective date of our recent name change to “Microlin Bio, Inc.” will be January 14, 2016. Beginning January 14, 2016, our common stock will have the following new CUSIP number and new trading symbol:
