On October 19, 2015, the Board of Directors of Madison County Financial, Inc. (the “Company”), the parent holding company of Madison County Bank, a federal savings bank headquartered in Madison, Nebraska, announced that it had notified The Nasdaq Stock Market of its intent to delist its common stock from the Nasdaq Capital Market on or about October 29, 2015.
A copy of the press release dated October 19, 2015 giving details associated with the voluntary delisting is attached as Exhibit 99 to this report.
