EXPLANATORY NOTE
This Amendment No. 1 on Form 8-K/A (this “Amendment”) amends the Current Report on Form 8-K of Southcross Energy Partners, L.P. (the “Partnership”) originally filed on August 7, 2015 (the “Original Filing”). This Amendment is a technical amendment to attach the correct Press Release of Southcross Energy Partners, L.P. dated August 7, 2015 (the “Press Release”). The Press Release attached to this Amendment is the same press release distributed through the Partnership’s website and through other media channels.
Except for the change described above, no other changes have been made to the Original Filing. This Amendment continues to speak as of the date of the Original Filing.
