Explanation of Responses:

1. On June 15, 2023, the Reporting Person filed a Form 4 that stated the incorrect number of shares of common stock acquired in connection with the Issuer's 401(k) plan matching contribution which occurred on 2/17/2022. This amendment corrects such inaccuracy and the related total number of securities indirectly owned at that date and subsequently.
