Silvercrest Asset Management Group Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend

NEW YORK, February 17, 2017 — Silvercrest Asset Management Group Inc. (NASDAQ: SAMG), (the “Company”) today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share of Class A common stock on February 16, 2017.  The dividend will be paid on or about March 17, 2017 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 10, 2017.
