On March 14, 2019, Malvern Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors has approved a stock repurchase program in respect of shares of the Company’s common stock. Information regarding the stock repurchase program is set forth in the Company’s press release annexed hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
