The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to MPLX LP, any security holder of MPLX LP, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of units purchased at each separate price within the range set forth in footnotes (1) and (3) to this Form 4.

2. By Gary R. Heminger Revocable Trust.

3. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These units were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $49.99 to $50.50, inclusive. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to MPLX LP, any security holder of MPLX LP, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of units purchased at each separate price within the range set forth in footnotes (1) and (3) to this Form 4.

Remarks:

The Reporting Person is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and the Chief Executive Officer of MPLX GP LLC, the general partner of the Issuer. The Issuer is managed by the directors and executive officers of MPLX GP LLC.
