Item 8.01 Other Events.
| (1) | The Company’s CEO will be meeting with distributors this weekend regarding the distribution of the Company’s Hemp Fish Water. |
| (2) | The Company has started the bottling of its initial Hemp Fish Water produced from the fish’s wastewater. |
| (3) | The Company expects to finalize the set-up of its initial fish pod in the next 60-75 days. The Company currently is operating a test pod. |
