Item 8.01 Other Events.
| | (1) | On September 16, 2014, the Company acquired majority control of a dormant company that is currently listed on the OTC Pink Sheets. |
| | (2) | On September 16, 2014, the Company executed an agreement with a client for consulting services. The Company is to be paid $200,000 under the agreement. |
| | (3) | The Company has begun discussions to acquire majority control of a 5 dormant companies that are currently listed on the OTC Pink Sheets. The Company expects to acquire at least 3 of these in the next 30 – 45 days. |
