This Form 6-K is incorporated by reference into the Company's Registration Statement on Form S-8 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 2, 2013 (Registration No. 333-188286) and its Registration Statement on Form F-3 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on January 23, 2014 (Registration No. 333- 193503).
Following the announcement by RedHill Biopharma Ltd. (the “Company”) on January 28, 2014 in connection with the request filed with the Tel-Aviv District Court (the “Court”) by a holder of the Company's tradable Series 1 Warrants (the “Warrants”) to extend the exercise period of the Warrants, the Company received today the Court’s decision instructing the Company to respond. The Company intends to file with the Court its objection to any changes to the term of the Warrants.
