Item 8.01 Other Events.
The MaryJane Group, Inc. (f/k/a Pladeo Corp.) requested that FINRA approve a corporate action to change its name from Pladeo Corp. to The MaryJane Group, Inc. and to issue a new trading symbol to closely identify with its new name. FINRA approved the corporate action on April 17, 2014. The MaryJane Group, Inc. began to trade under its new name and trading symbol (OTCQB: MJMJ) on April 21, 2014. A press release that to effect was issued on April 17, 2014 and a copy thereof is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
