Termination of Officer
On August 29, 2014, the Board of Directors of The MaryJane Group, Inc. (the “Company”) terminated C. Gabriel Berkowitz, the Company's Chief Operating Officer, for cause pursuant to the terms of his Employment Agreement, with an effective date of termination of August 4, 2014.
