Explanation of Responses:

1. Represents restricted stock units that were granted on March 18, 2022 and vest 1/3 annually on each of the first, second and third anniversaries of the grant date. The restricted stock units settle upon vesting for an equivalent number of common shares.

2. This transaction was effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan entered into in good faith by the Reporting Person on October 21, 2021 for investment diversification purposes.

3. The price reported is the weighted average price of multiple trades at prices ranging from $79.79 to $81.92. The reporting person will provide, upon request by the SEC staff, the Issuer or a security holder of the Issuer, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each price within the reported range.

4. Includes 27,799 restricted shares and 830,332 restricted stock units, both of which are subject to certain vesting and forfeiture provisions.
