On December 10, 2017, Syros Pharmaceuticals, Inc. issued a press release announcing data from its Phase 2 clinical trial evaluating SY-1425 (tamibarotene) in genomically defined subsets of patients with acute myeloid leukemia and myelodysplastic syndrome. A copy of this press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
