Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On September 25, 2018, Christopher J. Riffle was appointed to the position of Chief Operating Officer of First Northwest Bancorp (the “Company”) and its wholly owned banking subsidiary First Federal Savings & Loan Association of Port Angeles (the “Bank,” and collectively with the Company, “First Northwest”), to be effective immediately. Mr. Riffle has been serving as interim Chief Operating Officer of First Northwest since the resignation of Mr. Jeffrey S. Davis, which was effective on August 28, 2018. Mr. Riffle will continue to serve as First Northwest’s General Counsel/Corporate Secretary.
