Item 5.03 Amendment to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year
(b) On December 21, 2018, by unanimous written consent, the Board of Directors of the Registrant changed the fiscal year of the Registrant from October 31 to December 31. The Registrant intends to file a transition report on Form 10-K covering the period of November and December 2018.
