Item 8.01 – Other Events.
In its Form 10-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) on March 17, 2015, Venture Lending & Leasing VII, Inc. (the “Fund”) made reference to the Fund’s Proxy Statement to be filed in connection with the Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on May 13, 2015 (the “Shareholder Meeting”).
For administrative reasons, the date of the Shareholder Meeting has been changed to May 20, 2015. The Fund’s Proxy Statement in connection with the Shareholder Meeting was filed with the Commission on April 28, 2015.
