The Summation error includes shares that were distributed by the company at the reporting person's request and reported as compensation but not previously reported on Form 4 because no certificate was issued. This was an error by the submitter and not the reporting person. As well, there were additional shares (4,600) discovered during a share audit that had been purchased on the open market that had not been previously reported. |
