Explanation of Responses:

1. Non-employee members of Delta's Board of Directors receive an annual restricted stock award valued at $190,000. The shares reported in this Form 4 represent the annual restricted stock award grant to the Reporting Person, as approved by the Board of Directors on June 16, 2022. The shares were acquired in a transaction exempt under Rule 16b-3(d)(1).

2. The shares are owned by a limited liability company controlled by the Reporting Person.

3. The shares are owned through trusts under which the wife of the Reporting Person is the trustee and children of the Reporting Person are the beneficial owners of the shares.
