On April 26, 2018, Immune Therapeutics, Inc., a Florida corporation (the “Company”) published a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that the Kenya Pharmacy and Poison Board filed the Company’s New Drug Application (“NDA”) for Lodonal™, its lead drug candidate, thereby accepting the NDA for a full review. The Press Release is attached hereto as exhibit 99.1.
