Item 5.02. Departure of Directors and Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
Departure of Officer. On August 23, 2019, the Board of Directors of Wytec International, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), accepted the resignation of Angus B. Davis, Chief Strategy Officer of the Company. Angus is resigning to fulfill his dream of foreign ministry missions. He will remain on the Board of Directors.
