G1 Therapeutics, Inc.’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders will be held on June 11, 2020 at G1 Therapeutics, Inc.,
700 Park Offices Drive, Research Triangle Park, NC 27709, at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
Proposals to be voted on at the meeting are listed below along with the Board of Directors’ recommendations.
