Explanation of Responses:

1. Restricted stock units convert into common stock on a one-for-one basis.

2. On April 17, 2020, the Reporting Person was granted 3,158 restricted stock units, of which 25% became immediately vested. The remaining RSUs vest and will convert to common stock of the Issuer as to 1/4th of the total shares on each of June 30, 2020, September 30, 2020, and December 31, 2020, subject to continued service through each vesting date.
