Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 27, 2013, The ExOne Company (the "Company" or "ExOne") issued a press release providing a fourth quarter and full year 2012 review of the Company's activities and financials, through December 31, 2012, as well as an update on its strategy and outlook. A copy of the earnings release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
