2. On February 27, 2024, reporting person was granted a cash settled restricted stock unit that vests in equal 1/3 increments on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd anniversary of the grant date. Each RSU is settled in cash based upon the fair market value of a share of common stock on the vesting date.
