The reporting person undertakes to provide to Crimson Wine Group, Ltd., any security holder of the Company, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price within the ranges set forth in this footnote.

3. Due to a clerical error, the Form 4 originally filed on October 1, 2019 inadvertently overstated the amount of shares owned by reporting person's spouse by 1200 shares.
