On July 18, 2019, the Company announced the proposed unregistered offering (the “Notes Offering”) by its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, Taylor Morrison Communities, Inc. (the “Issuer”), of $425 million aggregate principal amount of senior notes due 2028 (the “Senior Notes”).
