Resignation of Board Member
Effective December 20, 2017, after having served on the board of directors of Netshoes (Cayman) Limited (the “Company”) for almost three years, Mr. Francisco Alvarez-Demalde resigned from his position as a director of the Company. Mr. Alvarez-Demalde resignation was expected as the Company completed its initial public offering and transition to a publicly listed company. The Company would like to thank Mr. Alvarez-Demalde for his valuable contribution and dedication during his term at the board of directors of the Company and looks forward to his continued support to the Company as it implements its growth strategy.
