Explanation of Responses:

1. Due to a clerical error, the Reporting Person is filing this amendment to the Form 4 originally filed with Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC") on March 27, 2013 (this "Amendment") to correct (i) the number of shares purchased by the Reporting Person at a price of $20 per share on March 26, 2013 from 50 shares to 500 shares and (ii) the amount of securities beneficially owned by the Reporting Person following the reported transaction from 13,200 to 13,650. The transactions reported in the Form 4 filed by the Reporting Person with the SEC on November 25, 2013 were accurate except that they did not include the additional 450 shares referenced above. As of May 23, 2016, the day that this Amendment was filed, the Reporting Person directly beneficially owns 19,650 shares of common stock of the Issuer.
