Attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of the press release of Constellium SE (the “Company”), dated February 24, 2021, announcing the results of the Company’s cash tender offer to purchase any and all of its outstanding 6.625% Senior Notes due 2025 (the “Tender Offer”).

As previously announced, the Company made the Tender Offer in connection with its offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of 3.750% Sustainability-Linked Senior Notes due 2029 (the “Notes Offering”). The Notes Offering closed on February 24, 2021.
