On November 9, 2016, Lightstone Value Plus Real Estate Investment Trust III, Inc. issued a press release to disclose the acquisition of two hotels located in Austin, Texas from an unrelated third party for approximately $22.0 million. A copy of such press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
