The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range set forth above.

2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $3.010 to $3.085 inclusive. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range set forth above.

3. This option was granted on November 25, 2014. The 61,180 shares of common stock underlying the option vested as to 25% of the shares on November 25, 2015 and vested as to the remaining 75% of the shares in equal monthly installments thereafter through November 25, 2018.
