Item 8.01. Other Events.
Greenbacker Renewable Energy Company LLC (the “Company”) announced today that it will terminate its public offering of securities on or about January 31, 2019. While the Company will only accept subscriptions for its’ public shares until on or about January 31, 2019, the dividend reinvestment plan and the share repurchase plan will continue to be available to investors.
