1. The listed shares are held by a trust for the benefit of the Reporting Person's children. The Reporting person does not serve as trustee of or have or share investment control over the Issuer's shares held by the trust, she disclaims beneficial ownership of the shares held by the trust, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that the Reporting Perrson is the beneficial owner of the shares for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 or for any other purpose.

2. The reporting person disclaims beneficial ownership of these securities, and this report shall not be deemed an admission that the reporting person is the beneficial owner of such securities for purposes of Section 16 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 or for any other purpose.

3. As of December 6, 2024, the 99,635 Class B shares held directly by the Reporting Person were transferred to the Reporting Person's Revocable Trust.
