On March 13, 2020, SeaWorld Entertainment, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that as part of its continued commitment to the safety of its guests and Ambassadors, and out of an abundance of caution, that it will be temporarily closing all of its theme parks, effective March 16, 2020 through the end of the month. The Company is closely monitoring the evolving COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation closely and coordinating with public health officials. A copy of the announcement is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
