Item 8.01 Other Events
Vislink Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) previously reported in a Current Report on Form 8-K filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 25, 2019, that the Company changed its name from “xG Technology, Inc.” to “Vislink Technologies, Inc.” (the “Name Change”). In connection with the Name Change, as of the opening of trading on March 5, 2019, the ticker symbol of the Company’s common stock on The Nasdaq Capital Market will be “VISL”.
On March 5, 2019, the Company issued a press release announcing the Company’s new ticker symbol (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
