Item 5.07 Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
Intapp, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2023 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) on November 14, 2023. On September 18, 2023, the record date for the Annual Meeting, 69,369,157 shares of the Company’s common stock were entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting, of which 62,888,065, or 90.65%, of the eligible shares were represented in person or by proxy. The following proposals were voted on by the Company’s stockholders, as set forth below:
Proposal 1: Election of Class III Directors.

This proposal received the required affirmative vote of holders of a plurality of the votes cast and all of the foregoing candidates were elected as the Company’s Class III directors, each to hold office until the Company’s Annual Meeting of Stockholders in 2026 and until his successor is duly elected and qualified, or until his earlier death, resignation or removal.
Proposal 2: Ratification of the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024.
