Common Stock Dividend
On October 1, 2018, American Finance Trust, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the declaration of a dividend of $0.0916667 (based on the annualized rate of $1.10 per share) on each share of each class of the Company’s common stock payable on October 15, 2018, November 15, 2018 and December 17, 2018 to holders of record of shares of the Company’s common stock at the close of business on October 11, 2018, November 8, 2018 and December 10, 2018, respectively.
A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K. Such press release shall not be deemed “filed” for any purpose, including for the purposes of Section 18 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended (the “Exchange Act”), or otherwise subject to the liabilities of that Section.
