On August 12, 2021, Oscar Health, Inc. (the “Company”), announced the Company’s financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2021. A copy of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is attached and furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
