Item 8.01 Other Items
Znergy, Inc. (“Znergy” or the "Company") announced that on September 23,2022, it was served notice at its place of business of a pending lawsuit filed by Resolve Corp., a funding company. Service was not made on the Company’s General Counsel. Znergy received notice of a default judgement dated August 5,2022, in the amount of $1,916,336.667. Znegy believes it is not liable for this amount and has retained outside legal counsel to file motions with the Court seeking to set aside the judgment entirely and perhaps to file legal counterclaims against Resolve.
